On April 2nd, 2024, at 12:50 a.m., Plymouth Police Officers arrived at Economy Inn, located at 2535 N. Michigan Street, to investigate a fight in progress. Upon arrival, officers discovered two males involved in a physical altercation. It was determined that the intoxicated males had a verbal disagreement before one of them, Bill Ortiz, 44 of Plymouth, punched the other male in the face, resulting in injury.
