Pioneer Technology Center in Ponca City, Oklahoma recently held a ceremony to recognize its 2023-2024 Guaranteed Graduates. This initiative, launched nine years ago, continues to highlight the remarkable achievements of students and their commitment to their education and future careers. The Guaranteed Graduate Initiative at Pioneer Tech has been instrumental in fostering a culture of high achievement and quality workforce development.

According to Traci Thorpe, Superintendent/CEO of Pioneer Technology Center, the Guaranteed Graduate Initiative is a valuable tool for industry partners. Employers in the area can confidently hire graduates who meet the guarantee criteria, knowing they have excellent attendance, a strong grade point average, and have successfully completed their training program. Additionally, these graduates have earned an industry-licensed credential or certification, ensuring they are well-prepared for success in their chosen fields.

In rare cases where an employer is not satisfied with a graduate’s job performance, Pioneer Tech stands by its graduates and offers retraining to address any concerns. The recent ceremony honored several exceptional individuals, including Shane Magnus, James Swenson, Lillie Roberts, Allison Officer, Lindsi Kelly, Braelynn Carnes, Brycen Hester, Maddie Weidman, Moriah Smith
