The Phillies offense struggled to keep up with the Rockies in their game at Coors Field, ultimately losing in the 11th inning on a walk-off play. The setback was compounded by the ejection of Bryce Harper in the first inning, leaving the team without one of their key players. Despite this, Nick Castellanos and Edmundo Sosa each hit solo home runs to provide some offensive spark for the team.

However, the Phillies’ offense remained largely stagnant throughout the game, with these home runs being their only source of scoring. The Rockies took advantage of Jose Alvarado’s blown save in the 9th inning, allowing them to tie the game and eventually secure the win in extra innings. It was a disappointing result for the Phillies, who were unable to capitalize on their early lead and ultimately fell short against the Rockies at Coors Field.
