Philadelphia sports radio host Howard Eskin has been suspended from attending Phillies home games for the remainder of the season following an investigation by his employer, Audacy. The investigation revealed that Eskin kissed a worker for Aramark, the food service provider for Citizens Bank Park, without consent.

Eskin’s suspension was prompted by Audacy’s determination to take appropriate action in response to the allegations. The parent company stated that they were made aware of the incident and launched an investigation into the matter.

The Phillies and Aramark also issued statements regarding the situation. The Phillies expressed their support for Audacy’s decision to suspend Eskin, emphasizing that they take the allegations seriously. Aramark released a statement confirming that their investigation substantiated the claims of the worker who Eskin kissed without consent.

Both Audacy and Eskin have yet to respond to requests for comment from The Associated Press. However, reports suggest that they collaborated with the Phillies and Aramark to ensure that appropriate measures were taken to protect the employee involved in the incident as well as all Aramark employees working at Citizens Bank Park.
