The goal of this assessment is to uncover any disparities in healthcare, identify obstacles to receiving care, and propose potential solutions for improvement. It also seeks to gain insight into the healthcare experiences and overall well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals in Pennsylvania, so that future discussions and initiatives can be better informed.

The survey is available in both English and Spanish and will be accepting responses until August. It is open to all LGBTQ+ residents of Pennsylvania who are 13 years of age or older, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. All responses will be kept anonymous and confidential, ensuring that participants feel safe sharing their experiences.
