New England Patriots pass-rusher Matthew Judon has confirmed that he will be attending the mandatory minicamp, despite missing the start of voluntary organized team activities. This was revealed during a youth football camp in Tyngsboro where Judon spoke with Karen Guregian from MassLive.

Judon unequivocally stated that he will not hold out and will give up any money for the chance to play for the Patriots again in 2024. He is entering his final year of his contract with a $6.5 million base salary. However, factors such as his age (31 years old) and coming off a season-ending biceps injury may play a role in determining his future with the team.

The next contract negotiation could solidify Judon’s place in New England for the rest of his career or result in him leaving to pursue his NFL journey elsewhere. It is yet to be seen how both sides will approach this situation in the coming months, but one thing is certain, Judon’s future with the Patriots is uncertain.
