Maya Radoshinsky, the VP of Service and Sales at Partner, was one of the key speakers on a panel at an event organized by Sign Now, a company that developed an innovative application to facilitate communication between the deaf community and service providers through real-time video calls with interpreters. Partner is the first company in Israel to launch a service dedicated to providing quality service to all customers, including those with disabilities. Maya highlighted the importance of offering fast, sensitive, and personalized service during emergencies when continuous and stable communication is critical for customers.

The Central Bureau of Statistics in Israel estimates that there are around 700,000 deaf and hard of hearing individuals in the country, with an estimated 20,000 sign language speakers among them. This underscores the need for businesses like Partner to extend their services to include 24/7 availability for their customers during times of conflict.

Tomer Levy, founder and CEO of Sign Now expressed gratitude for Partner’s early support in February 2022 which paved the way for further collaborations between the two companies. The partnership between Partner and Sign Now is a significant step towards inclusivity and connectivity for all individuals in Israel, including those with disabilities.
