Bui Nguyet Anh, a 22-year-old final-year university student weighing 100 kg, had always struggled with easily gaining weight since childhood. She felt like her body gained weight just by breathing. After a year of dedication to this routine, Nguyet Anh successfully lost 70 kg and is proud of her transformation, with a goal of losing a total of 65 kg.
