OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — April is National Minority Overall health Month.

To celebrate, the Florida Division of Overall health in Osceola County is partnering with the Osceola County Branch of the NAACP to host a Overall health Extravaganza on April 1.

The cost-free neighborhood occasion will give adult wellness screenings, meals demonstrations, entertainment, children’s activities and a lot much more.

“In collaboration with our partners, the wellness division strives to address the want of the complete neighborhood, like minority vulnerable populations. The target is to address the exceptional demands and challenges inside our neighborhood to make sure good wellness outcomes for all,” officials stated in a news release.

The occasion will be held from 11 a.m. to four p.m. at the Chambers Park Neighborhood Center, positioned at 2380 North Smith Street in Kissimmee.
