Notre Dame football has seen significant improvements since Marcus Freeman took over as head coach. The Irish have implemented various changes in their operations, and most recently introduced a new program called TransceND with the goal of player development. The program aims to help individuals reach their full potential both on and off the field.

The TransceND program utilizes a system called PODS (Peer Orientated Development) to help players achieve their goals with the support of their peers. Linebacker Jaiden Ausberry, a junior finance major, shared insights into the program in a recent post on Notre Dame’s X account (formerly known as Twitter). He discussed how the program has personally benefited him.
