Last week in high school baseball action in North Central Florida, there were some incredible moments that stood out. From home runs to diving catches and walk-off hits, the players showcased their skills on the diamond. Now it’s up to the fans to decide which of these five nominees will be crowned the Play of the Week.
The options for the Play of the Week include: Jesse Frierson from Branford hitting a 3-run home run in a state semifinal game, Elise Knopf from GHS making a diving catch in a state semifinal game, Brandy Dees from Trenton hitting a walk-off RBI single in a state semifinal game, Braylin Cook from GHS turning a bunt attempt into a tag out at home, and Presley Akins from Trenton walking it off for the title.
