Monday marks the official start of the NFL offseason workout programs for some teams, as the Chargers, Falcons, and Commanders kick off their programs on the earliest possible date this year. Following them, the Panthers, Patriots, Seahawks, and Titans will begin their programs on April 8th. All other teams will start on April 15th. The offseason program consists of three phases, culminating in multiple weeks of Organized Team Activities and a mandatory minicamp.

Some teams may choose to shorten their sessions, as everything aside from the mandatory minicamp is voluntary for players. Many players have workout bonuses that serve as incentives for them to attend the voluntary sessions. While attacking the day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind is encouraged, it remains an optional mindset for players.
