As a Harvard Business School graduate and an experienced flag football player, Stephanie Kwok has been appointed as the NFL’s Vice President, Head of Flag Football. In her new role, Kwok will be responsible for driving growth in both domestic and international participation, fan engagement, and commercial and media partnerships. She is excited about the opportunity presented by flag football’s inclusion in the LA Olympics and is committed to making the sport more accessible and inclusive.

Prior to joining the NFL, Kwok was a partner at Reforge, a platform for career development in the tech industry. She also held senior positions at FanDuel and Madison Square Garden. As a New York native, she co-founded a company organizing competitive flag football tournaments for adults in the tri-state area. Her varied sports background, including representing Stanford in squash, playing rugby and tennis competitively, has fueled her passion for football.

In her new position, Kwok will work closely with Troy Vincent, the NFL’s executive vice president of football operations, to further elevate flag football as an affordable, accessible, inclusive, and competitive sport. Vincent expressed excitement about Kwok’s appointment and her dedication to expanding the game’s reach. Kwok’s appointment signifies the NFL’s ongoing commitment to fostering the growth of flag football on a global scale.
