The Chicago Bulls are set to revamp their roster this summer in a bid to improve at every position. One potential trade target for the Bulls is New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson, as suggested by Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report. Buckley believes that Robinson’s dynamic pick-and-roll abilities would greatly benefit the Bulls, especially with playmakers like Coby White and DeMar DeRozan already on the team.

There is a possibility that Robinson could become available in the offseason if the Knicks struggle to re-sign Isaiah Hartenstein due to financial constraints. If this happens, Chicago may need to involve a third team in the trade in order to acquire Robinson by moving Nikola Vučević elsewhere. Although acquiring Robinson would mean sacrificing some scoring, the Bulls would gain a more dynamic presence, particularly around the rim.

Despite his recent injury history, including undergoing his second surgical procedure on his left ankle this season, there is potential for significant reward in acquiring Robinson. The Knicks just completed a strong season, and adding him as center depth could provide a valuable boost to the Bulls heading into next season. Overall, bringing Robinson to Chicago could enhance their chances of success by strengthening their frontcourt.
