Michael Halaiko and Alexandra Moylan have recently joined Baker Donelson as shareholders, bringing their expertise to the firm’s health law group and its data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity team in Baltimore and Washington. Halaiko specializes in providing guidance to life science companies and clinical research organizations, helping them navigate complex AI, privacy, and data protection issues. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel for companies, offering advice on risk management, employment, and litigation matters.
Moylan focuses on representing major medical systems, health care providers, life science companies, and other businesses, advising clients on contracting, privacy compliance, professional liability, and enterprise strategies.
