Bright MLS, a leading provider of multiple listing service (MLS) technology in the Mid-Atlantic region, and SentriLock, a prominent vendor of electronic lock boxes and showing service technologies, have announced a partnership aimed at enhancing showing service technologies for real estate agents. Through this collaboration, SentriLock will offer its showing service platform to Bright subscribers, while also incorporating REalchemy’s Showing Hub, a similar product developed by Bright and the California Regional MLS.
The partnership between these two companies is significant as it offers real estate agents more choices when it comes to showing providers. The companies are aiming to launch the product in late fall of 2024. Brian Donnellan, President and CEO of Bright MLS, emphasized the importance of interoperability between multiple vendors through the Showing Hub platform that Bright has developed. He expressed confidence that SentriLock will help raise the standard for vendor products.
Bright MLS covers six Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia, making it one of the largest MLSs in the country. SentriLock, based in Ohio, is a leading provider of electronic lock boxes and showing service technologies in many Bright MLS markets. SentriLock CEO Scott Fisher described the partnership with Bright MLS as a significant advancement in showing service technology that will benefit mutual customers and Bright MLS subscribers.
Earlier this year, Bright MLS formed a partnership with Collabra Technology to offer subscribers access to Collabra’s AdBuilder tool. This resource provides agents with digital advertising campaign tools on major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Additionally, this collaboration granted Bright subscribers access to digital advertising tools such as SphereIndex and SphereBuilder.
Overall, this new partnership aims to provide real estate agents with more options when it comes to showing services while also ensuring interoperability between different vendors through the Showing Hub platform developed by Bright MLS.
