Todd M. Alessandri has been appointed as the new dean of Bryant University’s business school. Alessandri, currently serving as an associate dean at Northeastern University’s business school, will officially assume his new role at Bryant on July 22. This move comes as Bryant’s acclaimed business school prepares to relocate to the new 250,000-square-foot Business Entrepreneurship Leadership Center, which will house the Ellen Wilson Leadership Center and the Hauck Sales Performance Lab, two new initiatives at Bryant.

President Ross Gittell expressed confidence in Alessandri’s ability to lead Bryant’s business school into an exciting era of growth and innovation. With ambitious plans for the future of the college of business, Gittell believes Alessandri’s background and leadership skills will align with Bryant’s Vision 2030 strategic priorities and enhance the school’s impact nationally and internationally.

Alessandri has an impressive educational background, including an undergraduate degree from Connecticut College, a master’s degree from Boston University, and a PhD from the University of North Carolina. He has also taught at Providence College and gained professional experience at Lifeline System Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
