John Findley has been appointed as the new Chief Medical Officer at Heartland Whole Health Institute in Bentonville, starting on June 24. With nearly three decades of experience in driving positive changes and innovations in the healthcare industry, Findley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

Walter Harris, President and CEO of Heartland Whole Health Institute, expressed confidence in Findley’s thought leadership and dedication to excellence in advancing the institute’s mission of improving healthcare and bridging gaps in health services. Prior to joining Heartland Whole Health Institute, Findley served as President of Bryan Health Connect in Lincoln, Nebraska. He has also held various executive positions and worked as a medical provider in western Colorado for 15 years.

Findley is excited about his new role at Heartland Whole Health Institute and shared his vision of collaborating with partners to redesign the delivery system for improved patient care and overall healthcare transformation in the Heartland region. The upcoming 75,000-square-foot building will house office spaces and community areas, further contributing to the institute’s mission of advancing healthcare and enhancing health outcomes for generations to come.
