Vinay Malkani, president of Figure Eight Federal, has appointed Scott Swilley as the director of business development at the company. Swilley was previously a senior program manager at ECS and brings a wealth of experience in data labeling, geospatial intelligence, and military operations to his new role.

In his previous position at ECS, Swilley oversaw program delivery operations, transition, and capture efforts for the Department of Defense’s AI program. He also worked with defense agencies to expand their AI and geospatial data labeling offerings. His experience in the U.S. Army as a civil engineer for over two decades has equipped him with a deep understanding of military operations and geospatial intelligence.
