On Thursday morning, the Bills made some changes to their roster by signing defensive back Dee Delaney to a one-year deal. Previously, Delaney played for the Buccaneers, appearing in 49 regular season games and making five starts during his time in Tampa. He recorded 71 tackles and three interceptions in those games, as well as two tackles in five playoff games.

Delaney’s addition brings depth to the Bills’ secondary and adds experience to the defense. The team decided to part ways with wide receiver Quintez Cephus in order to make room for him on the 90-man roster. Cephus had signed with the team in late April after being reinstated by the NFL following a gambling suspension that kept him off the field in 2023.

It will be interesting to see how Delaney fits in with the team and contributes to their success in the upcoming season. With his impressive track record of tackles and interceptions, he could prove to be a valuable asset to the Bills’ defense.
