Jeremiah Jones, a talented all-purpose athlete, recently committed to play football at the University of Nebraska. The three-star commit chose Nebraska after visiting the campus in June and going fishing with legendary head coach Tom Osborne. Jones’s strong connections with Nebraska throughout the recruiting process played a key role in his decision to join the Huskers.

Jones is currently a senior at Murray High School in Kentucky where he showcased his versatility during his junior season. He played on both offense and defense, racking up impressive stats including catching passes, completing passes, rushing, and scoring touchdowns. Defensively, he accumulated a significant number of tackles and interceptions over the last two seasons.

Before committing to Nebraska, Jones had offers from schools like Kentucky, Louisville, and Florida State. His commitment marks the 14th for the Huskers’ 2025 recruiting class, which is ranked in the top 40 nationally.
