Nebraska Cornhuskers recently welcomed a new member to their class of 2025. Jamarion Parker, a four-star running back, committed to the team on Wednesday evening, becoming the ninth player to join. Parker hails from Cardinal Ritter College Prep in Saint Louis, Missouri, where he had an impressive season last year, rushing for 1,644 yards and 22 touchdowns.

Initially, Parker had committed to Arkansas, but he withdrew his pledge in March after Arkansas running back coach Jimmy Smith left to join the staff at Texas Christian University. TCU’s offensive coordinator Kendal Briles, who previously worked with Smith at Arkansas, is now in charge of the offensive strategy.

Joining the Cornhuskers as part of the 2025 class are only two other four-star recruits: TJ Lateef and Tyson Terry. For ongoing coverage of Nebraska news, updates, and opinions, follow @CornhuskersWire on X and like the Facebook page. This article was originally published on Cornhuskers Wire.
