Steve Cuss and leadership development expert Kadi Cole discussed a range of topics on a recent episode of Being Human, including gender dynamics in the workplace, navigating being the only representative of your kind in a room, and the impacts of the #MeToo and #ChurchToo movements. Drawing upon Cole’s extensive experience in developing women leaders and working with diverse teams, the conversation delved into how people often try to blend in with a group, the differences in how men and women approach inner confidence, and the importance of being true to oneself in Christ.

Cole also discussed her new initiative, Momentum Marketplace, which aims to mentor young, kingdom-minded leaders in the marketplace. The discussion touched on creating safe environments as leaders, leaders carrying unresolved childhood wounds, and how Cole’s background as a nurse has influenced her approach to engaging with executive leadership.
