Yoga in the Garden, a partnership between MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services, University Health and Wellbeing, Student Life & Engagement, and the Beal Botanical Garden, is offering free yoga sessions throughout the summer. The initiative aims to provide Spartans with opportunities for health and well-being.

Courtney Placinta, the Communications Director for University Health and Wellbeing, emphasized the goal of helping participants feel their best. This year, participants do not need to register in advance for each session. Those attending are advised to bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and to dress appropriately for the weather. In case of inclement weather, cancellations will be announced on social media platforms.
