NASCAR’s Diversity Internship Program (NDIP) is now in its 24th year, with a new group of 34 students kicking off their journey. These undergraduate and graduate students come from across the country and have started their 10-week experience in Charlotte with an immersive orientation weekend. Throughout the summer, they will receive mentorship and networking opportunities with industry leaders, while also participating in behind-the-scenes tours and events.
