A man in his 40s, who arrived at the emergency room of University Health Medical Center in Kansas City on June 3 without any personal belongings, documentation or ID cards is currently being sought by the hospital. Despite their best efforts, hospital staff have been unable to identify him and he has not been able to provide any personal information.

The patient is described as possibly being of Hispanic origin with dark brown hair and a gray beard. He does not have any distinguishing tattoos or physical markings. However, he does have old lacerations on his face and marks on his chest from an EKG, suggesting that he may have recently been hospitalized elsewhere.

University Health is urging anyone who may recognize the patient or has information about his identity to contact them at (816) 404-1000 and request to speak with the director of shift operations. By providing this information, the hospital can provide the necessary care and support for this unidentified individual.
