The Royals managed to mount a comeback and secure a thrilling 10-9 victory, bringing their record to 38-26. This win was only three games behind the AL Central-leading Cleveland Guardians.
The Mariners took an early lead with a big first inning that proved to be a struggle for Royals starter Daniel Lynch IV.
