Milan is planning to establish a new Under-23 squad, called Milan Futuro, for the upcoming summer transfer window. The club has already identified three potential players to strengthen the team. RedBird advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic has emphasized the importance of an U23 squad in the club’s long-term project. The team will compete in Serie C next season alongside other top Italian clubs.

The registration of Milan Futuro was recently confirmed, and work has already begun to prepare for the upcoming season. The aim is to build a strong and competitive squad that can replicate the success of Juventus Next Gen and Atalanta Under-23 in Serie C. Among the three targets identified by Milan for their U23 squad are Giana Erminio forward Mbarick Fall, a 27-year-old player who will bring experience and reliability upfront. Another potential addition is 19-year-old Dijon winger Cyriaque Irie, who has shown promise in France. Milan is also looking at 24-year-old Pescara goalkeeper Alessandro Plizzari, who started in the Rossoneri youth system before going on loan to other clubs. These players, along with existing talent like Francesco Camarda and Kevin Zeroli, aim to strengthen Milan Futuro for the upcoming season in Serie C.
