Microsoft announced on Thursday that it will add Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to its Microsoft suite of organization tools and applications.
In a news release, Microsoft stated its new AI function, referred to as Copilot, will be constructed off of “the energy of substantial language models (LLMs) with organization information and the Microsoft 365 apps, to unleash creativity, unlock productivity and uplevel abilities.”
Microsoft also stated that customers can determine what to hold, modify, or discard when utilizing the function, saying that with the new tools, customers can be “more inventive in Word, far more analytical in Excel, far more expressive in PowerPoint, far more productive in Outlook and far more collaborative in Teams.”
The most up-to-date Copilot function will be out there to use by way of Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Energy Platform, and Enterprise Chat.
