The 2026 World Baseball Classic (WBC) recently announced the venues for its sixth edition, which will be held in March of that year. loanDepot Park in Miami, Minute Maid Park in Houston, Tokyo Dome in Japan, and Hiram Bithorn Stadium will host the tournament. The Tokyo Dome and Hiram Bithorn Stadium have been previous venues for the WBC, while Minute Maid Park will be hosting the tournament for the first time. The WBC has expanded to include 20 countries since the 2023 edition, with Japan emerging victorious. The top 16 teams from the 2023 tournament will receive automatic berths in 2026, with the remaining four bids going to teams that advance from the 2025 qualifiers.
