Mexico concluded its second consecutive participation in the IMSC in Beijing with two silver medals, three bronze medals, and one honorable mention. This result qualifies the national team for the 65th International Mathematical Olympiad in Bath, England. The medal winners included Rogelio Guerrero Reyes, Héctor Juan Villareal Corona, Takumi Higashida Martínez, José Andrés Zamora Moncada, Mateo Iván Latapí Acosta, and Emiliano Hernández Barranco.

The Mexican delegation, led by professors Ignacio Barreda Bribiesca, Eduardo García Hernández, and Eric Ransom Treviño, participated in workshops, conferences, courses, and seminars during the event. The students faced high-level exams and engaged in cultural exchange. The success of the team was attributed to years of hard work and dedication, with some competitors training for up to a decade to reach this level.
