At Meta’s Conversations conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil, marketers and sales teams gathered to discuss how businesses can leverage messaging apps like WhatsApp to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and increase revenue. This move shows Meta’s commitment to innovating in the messaging app space and supporting businesses in adapting to digital trends.

One European marketing company, Charles, has already started using the WhatsApp Business platform and is looking forward to future updates that will expand its commerce features in Europe. WhatsApp currently allows customers to make payments through the app in India and Brazil, and Europe is expected to be the next market to receive this feature.
