Mercy Health’s Mardi Gras and All that Jazz celebration is set for Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at the Carson Center in Paducah. The event, which features Cajun food and drinks from the area’s most popular restaurants, live music, and several entertainers to get partygoers marching and dancing, aims to raise funds for improvements and upgrades of the facility and its services through proceeds.

The evening promises to be a fun-filled Fat Tuesday style celebration with free masks and beads for guests. Past proceeds from the annual event have funded new pediatric rooms, an epilepsy monitoring unit, 3D breast cancer technology, and a pediatric intubation device for the hospital’s emergency room.

Mercy Health’s most recent Mardi Gras and All that Jazz event raised more than $60,000. In total, the event has raised more than $1 million since it first began in 2022. Individual tickets are $150 at the door. To buy a ticket or learn more about the event, call 270-415-3759 or visit Mercy Health’s Facebook page.
