Manchester United are looking to sell Mason Greenwood in the upcoming summer transfer window, with interest from several Premier League clubs. However, they prefer to sell him abroad, and Juventus have identified him as a priority target. The Italian club is working on a deal to bring Greenwood to the club.

According to reports from Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, Juventus are prepared to sell Federico Chiesa, who is entering the final year of his contract and has not yet agreed to a new deal, in order to raise funds for the move. The incoming Juventus manager, Thiago Motta, is open to the idea of selling Chiesa and sees his departure as a way to finance Greenwood’s transfer.

Juventus are hoping to generate enough funds from Chiesa’s sale to meet Manchester United’s asking price of at least €50m for Greenwood. With both clubs looking to make moves in the summer transfer market, it will be interesting to see how this situation unfolds in the coming months.
