L&T Technology Services Non-Executive Chairman AM Naik is stepping down from his position. S N Subrahmanyan, currently the non-executive vice chairman, will take over as the new chairman starting June 27, 2024. Naik will officially relinquish his office after the company’s 12th Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2024, as per an exchange filing. The Board of Directors has approved Subrahmanyan’s appointment as the chairman of the company effective from June 27, 2024.

Naik’s leadership tenure with L&T Technology Services has been marked by significant contributions to the company’s growth and development.
