LSU is focusing on building a strong foundation for the future as they are already looking ahead to the 2026 recruiting cycle. Over the weekend, they secured commitments from defensive lineman Richard Anderson and receiver Jakai Anderson for the 2026 class. Now, they are in the running for another top wide receiver, Jabari Mack from Destrehan.

Mack, a top-100 prospect and the No. 1 receiver in Louisiana, received a prediction in favor of LSU from On3’s Shea Dixon. He is ranked No. 6 in the state and has shown interest in joining the Tigers. LSU has already secured a commitment from Anderson, who is ranked No. 7 in Louisiana and in the top 150 nationally for the 2026 class.

LSU is making moves for the next recruiting cycle and is building up their 2025 recruiting class with great prospects like Mack and Anderson.
