After realizing the business was closed for the day, Singleton became upset and fled the scene in a black sedan.

On June 30, 2024, Singleton was charged with felony Criminal Mischief of $5,000 or more and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $6,001 secured bond.
