Ilitch has recently announced the promotion of three executives to key leadership roles within its technology division. These executives will oversee technology infrastructure and cybersecurity at Little Caesars, as well as elevate technology throughout the entire Ilitch portfolio.

Keith Faigan, who has had a successful 10-year career at Little Caesars, has been promoted to chief information officer, restaurant systems. Faigan previously led multiple software initiatives at the company, with a focus on the Little Caesars e-commerce platform.

Afia Phillips has been promoted from vice president of information security to chief information security officer. In her previous role, Phillips established a strategic enterprise information security program to address cybersecurity risks across Ilitch.

Lance Shinabarger rounds out the promoted executives, moving from senior vice president information technology-enterprise systems and global infrastructure to chief information officer, shared technologies and applications. Shinabarger previously led global infrastructure for Little Caesars, Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, and other Ilitch companies.

Anita Klopfenstein, global chief information officer, expressed confidence in the leadership abilities of Faigan, Phillips, and Shinabarger. She highlighted their commitment to innovation and excellence and stated that they will continue to drive the company’s technology initiatives forward.
