Les Schwab Tires recently opened its doors in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with a grand opening event that focused on giving back to the community. The store made a generous donation of new tires to Sioux Falls Thrive’s Mobile Market, which provides discounted food to residents in need. The mobile market is an important resource for many families in the area, and Les Schwab’s donation will help ensure that it continues to operate effectively.

The grand opening event took place on May 31st and June 1st, with Les Schwab matching gift cards purchased for the mobile market up to $500. Additionally, they installed $1,900 worth of tires on the Mobile Market vehicle. This generous contribution was welcomed by Sioux Falls Thrive President Michelle Erpenbach, who expressed her gratitude for the company’s commitment to helping those in need.

Store manager Cameron Fahl spoke about Les Schwab’s dedication to being active members of the community and providing excellent customer service. He emphasized that this partnership with Sioux Falls Thrive is just one example of their commitment to giving back and serving communities across South Dakota and beyond.

Les Schwab Tires was founded in 1952 and has grown to over 540 locations nationwide. In South Dakota, there are currently stores in Sioux Falls, Mitchell, and Watertown, with plans for additional locations in Yankton, Aberdeen, and Vermillion later this year. This expansion reflects their commitment to serving communities across the state and beyond.
