On Friday, legendary singer Willie Nelson had to withdraw from his scheduled performance at the Outlaw Music Festival in Georgia due to health concerns. According to a post on his social media account, Nelson was not feeling well and needed to rest for four days as advised by his doctor. Despite this setback, fans of Nelson could still enjoy a lineup of talented musicians including Bob Dylan, Robert Plant, and Alison Krauss who continued with their scheduled performances at the festival.

In Nelson’s absence, his son Lukas Nelson and the Family Band performed a set featuring some of his classic songs and other favorites. As a 91-year-old performer, Nelson’s health remains a top priority for both him and his fans. However, they are hopeful that he will recover quickly and rejoin the tour soon.
