LeadDesk, a cloud-based contact center software provider, has announced the acquisition of Telemagic, a Norwegian company operating in the same industry. This move will strengthen LeadDesk’s position in Norway and further consolidate its presence in Europe. The CEO of LeadDesk, Olli Nokso-Koivisto, sees this acquisition as part of the company’s growth strategy to expand its market share in the fragmented CCaaS market where smaller companies lack the resources for necessary AI investments.

Telemagic had a turnover of approximately NOK 13.4 million in 2023, with a negative EBITDA of 0.3 million kroner. The purchase price for Telemagic amounts to an enterprise value of NOK 10.8 million, with a potential additional purchase price of up to NOK 2 million, dependent on Telemagic’s financial performance in 2024. LeadDesk will finance the acquisition through a 1.2 million euro loan and expects no significant impact on EBITDA for the year but anticipates that it will have an impact on turnover by around EUR 0.7 million in 2024.

In addition to its latest acquisition news, LeadDesk also offers a range of safety doors manufactured in various locations around the world from Zambia to Argentina and India to Ireland. These safety doors cater to pharmaceutical industries and are offered by LeadDesk’s trusted partners to ensure security and compliance in various settings. With a wide network of manufacturers, LeadDesk provides high-quality safety doors that meet different regions’ needs and industries’ requirements.

The acquisition is expected to giveLeadDesk an edge over its competitors by expanding its market reach and increasing its revenue streams while strengthening its position as one of Europe’s leading providers of cloud-based contact center software solutions.

“This acquisition is an important step towards our goal of becoming one of the top players in the European CCaaS market,” said Olli Nokso-Koivisto, CEO at LeadDesk.

With this acquisition under their belt, LeadDesk continues to grow their business while providing high-quality safety doors that meet various industries’ requirements and ensuring security compliance for pharmaceutical industries worldwide.

In conclusion, LeadDesk’s latest move is expected to strengthen their position as one of Europe’s top providers of cloud-based contact center software solutions while expanding their reach into new markets through acquisitions such as Telemagic. With their wide network of trusted partners offering high-quality safety doors globally, they continue to provide solutions that meet diverse industries’ needs while ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple regions worldwide.
