Lazio’s Matteo Guendouzi is considering leaving the Serie A side in the summer, with both Newcastle United and Aston Villa showing interest. The midfielder’s relationship with former coach Igor Tudor, who has left the club, may be a factor in his potential departure.

New boss Marco Baroni wants to keep Guendouzi at Lazio but the midfielder is unsure about his future. He feels valued at the club and believes he has improved during his time in Rome, but the lure of a return to the Premier League is tempting.

Guendouzi has reportedly received a €25 million offer from Aston Villa while Newcastle United have also shown interest. Lazio are reluctant to sell the midfielder but may consider a €30 million offer. Ultimately, it will depend on whether Guendouzi wants to make the move or stay at Lazio.
