Kognisjon Bryggeri is celebrating its one-year anniversary this weekend in Marquette, Michigan. The brewery has had a successful first year in business, despite the changes it has undergone. One of the most significant changes was the relocation from Ishpeming to Third Street in Marquette, as well as the introduction of three new tap beers to their lineup.
As part of their anniversary celebration, Head Brewer Kris Thompson announced that customers can now purchase a special Norwegian beer to commemorate the occasion. The Norwegian farmhouse ale is a traditional home brew style ale commonly made in Norway. Thompson stated that he tried to stay true to the traditional brewing methods used in Norway when crafting this unique beer.
The Norwegian beer will be available for purchase all weekend long at Kognisjon Bryggeri. In addition, happy hour specials will be offered throughout the weekend for customers to enjoy while they savor their delicious craft beers.
