Recent data from the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) shows that Kenya has climbed to the third spot in global avocado exports, trailing behind Mexico and Peru. Despite being a newcomer in the industry, Kenya experienced a significant increase in avocado exports last year, with a remarkable 24% growth rate compared to other major producers.
