The College World Series game between Kentucky and Florida has been postponed due to the threat of severe weather in the area. Originally scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, the game will now be played at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska. The game will air on ESPN.
If Kentucky wins, they will face a rematch with Texas A&M at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, just one day after their previous loss to the Aggies on Monday. North Carolina has already won against Virginia 3-2 and Tennessee defeated Florida State 12-11 on Friday, June 14th. On Saturday, Florida State beat Virginia 7-3 and Tennessee won against North Carolina 6-1.
The College World Series schedule is constantly changing and there are potential games scheduled for Wednesday, June 19th, Thursday, June 20th, and if necessary on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from June 22nd to June 24th.
