Katy Perry is set to release her sixth album’s first single, “Woman’s World,” next month. The pop star has been busy with other projects since the release of her last album, “Smile,” in August 2020. Since then, she had a residency in Las Vegas called Play which ran from 2021 to 2023 and featured a teaser for her upcoming era at the final performance.

Perry served as a judge on American Idol for seven seasons and announced in February that the 22nd season would be her last. She finished her time on the show in May. In a major career move, she sold her music catalog for $255 million to Litmus Music, a company backed by Carlyle that also acquired Keith Urban’s master recordings. Details about her sixth album, such as the title or release date, are still unknown at this time.
