On Saturday at Sonoma Raceway, Joey Logano secured his third Busch Light Pole Award of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season. Behind the wheel of the No. 22 Team Penske Ford, Logano set the pace with a speed of 97.771 mph, leading Tyler Reddick of 23XI Racing (97.661 mph) and teammate Ryan Blaney (97.566 mph) in qualifying.

Chase Elliott and Kyle Larson, both drivers for Hendrick Motorsports, rounded out the top five with speeds of 97.562 mph and 97.542 mph respectively. William Byron, Daniel Suárez, Alex Bowman, Ross Chastain, and Ty Gibbs completed the top 10 in qualifying with impressive speeds as well.
