Lazio is interested in signing Feyenoord Rotterdam playmaker Calvin Stengs this summer, according to renowned football agent Enzo Raiola. The 25-year-old had an impressive season, scoring eight goals and providing 18 assists for his teammates. Raiola also mentioned that Lazio is looking into another one of his clients, Samed Bazdar. However, negotiating with club president Claudio Lotito has proven to be a challenge, as Lotito is known to be a tough negotiator.

Lazio’s interest in Stengs and Bazdar is still in the early stages, and Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà reported that Lazio has reached an agreement in principle with Feyenoord for Stengs, with an offer of €10 million plus €2 million in bonuses. However, Feyenoord requested Lazio winger Gustav Isaksen in exchange, which Lazio is not willing to include in the deal.

Now, it’s up to Lazio to make a formal offer and come to a full agreement with Feyenoord. The final hurdle will be negotiating personal terms with the players, and it remains to be seen if Lotito and Raiola can find common ground on this matter.

Despite the challenges, Lazio seems determined to secure Stengs and Bazdar for the upcoming season.
