The Nove Mesto course played host to the third U23 XC World Cup of the year, where riders battled it out for victory. This time, Isabella Holmgren was able to continue her winning streak with a faultless performance, making it a perfect weekend for her. She now joins an elite list of riders who secured their first wins at Nove Mesto.

Holmgren dominated the U23 women’s field, finishing over two minutes ahead of Madigan Munro, who took second place. Despite coming in second, Munro’s performance earned her valuable series points against season leader Kira Böhm, who finished in sixth place.
