Intuitive Machines, a company that specializes in space exploration, infrastructure, and services, has recently signed a new lease at Cromwell Business Park with St. John Properties Inc. The company is based in Houston and currently leases 3,600 square feet at BWI Commerce Park. They will now be occupying 21,117 square feet of space at Cromwell Park Drive this fall.

The new facility will initially house approximately 20 employees, with plans to grow to 40 by the end of next year. The space will be used for building and testing space-flight equipment and hardware, as well as an office component and a climate-controlled warehouse for testing processes. The staff includes mechanical and aerospace engineers, electromechanical technicians, and related engineering support staff.

Intuitive Machines is known for disrupting lunar access economics and recently successfully landed their Nova-C class lunar lander named Odysseus on the Moon. This marked the United States’ return to the lunar surface for the first time since 1972. The staff at Cromwell Business Park will continue their work in space exploration.

Cromwell Business Park is located in Glen Burnie and spans 165 acres. It offers nearly 900,000 square feet of space across different types of buildings, making it a diverse business community for companies like Intuitive Machines to thrive.
